A Very Large Antique French Gold Gilt Mirror

Imported from Paris, a large and very tall over mantle or floor standing mirror.
Retaining its original mirror plate and boarded back. The gilt with warm and worn patina. The frame decorated with beaded ribbon twist, egg and dart, also a beaded innner slip. The large decorative crest spread out along the gently arched top with classical laurel drapery, scrolled acanthus and large central medallion cartouche.
