Irish Regency Period Black Kilkenny Marble Fireplace

A substantial and superior quality chimney antique fireplace in Black Irish Kilkenny marble. An early 19th c Regency period fireplace with fully detached columns supported on square foot blocks, surmounted by square fluted corner blocks. The frieze with cushion moulding, all beneath a generous mantle. A very good example of an Irish Regency Period  chimneypiece.
