An 18th Century Architectural English Stone Bolection Fireplace
A tall and unusual architectural designed Bolection style fireplace in Portland Roach stone, known for its heavy fossil content. The frame with a gentle curved moulding and the header cut with a “dog ear” finish, typical of the period. The inner panels moulded and stood on separate foot blocks. English Circa 1780
