A very fine and well proportioned mantel in Statuary white marble. The jambs having carved tapering pedestals, bell drops and drapery. The corner blocks of classical ram’s head urns again with descending bell drops, flanking a running carved bow fronted frieze of flutes and cameos. All beneath a shaped and moulded shelf.
