French Antique Louis XVI Style Marble Fireplace

A French antique fireplace in the Louis XVI style carved in Italian Seravezza Marble. The fluted jambs with deep side returns and inner slips, terminating in square carved Patarae corner blocks. The frieze of conforming design with fluted panels flanking a carve Patarae centre tablet. All beneath a stepped and generous shelf. Very good quality Seravessa marble being richly variegated in warm tones.
